Knightstown and the surrounding area are fortunate to have Southwest Ambulance, a 24-hour ambulance service, located just east of downtown Knightstown on U.S. 40.

The town also has three fully-staffed dental offices and an optometrist who treats ocular emergencies. Area residents are also served by the Knightstown Healthcare Center.

Located within 15-25 minutes from Knightstown are three county hospitals: Henry County Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, and Rush Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
