The local
Optimist Club maintains one of the finest sports
programs available. Boys baseball leagues and
girls fast pitch softball leagues kick off every
spring for children from four years through
seventeen years of age. In the fall local
fields fill with Optimist soccer leagues for
boys and girls. And of course there's
basketball. Boys and girls youth league
basketball games play in the very symbol of
Indiana basketball, the historic Hoosier gym
where the film Hoosiers was filmed. |
